Supreme court hearings are only public on the day of a hearing. Only interested parties know the date of a hearing if it gets to that stage. Still in the dark ages unfortunately as you can get hearing details for the county court easily.
if it is an obvious win for one of the parties then it shouldn't get to hearing stage
one only goes to court unless you have something you think you will win on. It is also a very expensive exercise with costs generally awarded to the "time waster"
