Charting POT shape is bullish . sp was at the bottom of the pot during AUG/20 -- OCT/20. Then 11/11/20 -- 13/1/21 was cumulating period. It was traded above the yearly MA. On 28/1/21 it hit the yearly MA and bounced back on the same day.
Reasons, 1-----sp under $3.50 was rare 2-------bank deposit interests are very low for long. TLS offers around 5% dividend. 3-------in the telecommunication industry , TLS still is number 1 position. So far, only TLS providers of G5 network 4-----the telecommunication infrastructures become hot again since VOC acquisition active . TLS had the best assets.
