ALZ appears to be in a lovely uptrend . I have a funny feeling that it may form a new base in the high 40 to low 50's before an assault on the 60's .
Personal technical target is 65 cents, unless we are about to see a takeover by the major shareholder - Capitaland . Let's face it - they already can claim majority ownership so who is going to try and out bid them ? Meanwhile the shareprice edges higher weekly .

I can only imagine that any takeover is going to have to offer a premium of around 30% or more which is also around 60 cents . Of course if they wait and the trend continues, so will any offer need to be higher, I hypothesize .

So here is what I speculate as possible announcements soon : $ 50 million finance arranged, dividend confirmed, substantial holder notice, asset sales, corporate action .

Based on my thoughts above I propose that ALZ is a buy, accumulate and hold, lol . Seriously
