Feds can't force GT/Cornell to accept a DOCA & risky investments are not on Future Funds agenda, wishful thinking, shareholders will be looking at total write off if they don't cut a deal shortly, GT/Cornell just want their money back and don't care about shareholders.

You should be asking VA where negotiations are on HNC proposal and max pressure should be applied to GT to break the stand off and get things moving.

Shareholders are in a difficult position so nothing has changed in that regard, annoying fact is GT is still controlling the company through his creditor status and refusal to comit to a decent work out DOCA. Sooner GT is off the scene the better for all concerned.
