I'm not sure what the issue with the convertible note is by very nature the investors at the time took a gamble with this unsecured loan/note. They could have lost it all as well ? Anyone could have bought on market at the time of the pandemic for 1c a share. The company needed the cash and If they had to do a capital raise at the time they may have had to issue at 0.7 or 0.8c as share diluting even more
