Smart sellers don't place large lines on offer as sell orders. Why would a seller offer a line of say 2m or 3m only to see other sellers jump in at lower selling price? These type line only appear from some big instos or may be an overseas order, doubt that is the case in CER at present.
Let's wait & see what happens.
