I can't stop thinking of what Anatol said (I think it was) that LTR pegged this area before CHN... and now they are changing their HQ and maybe their corporate structures to release the hound - DR - to bring it to life.
Did LTR miss what CHN found?
Was CHN just plain lucky?
Or
Did LTR peg our location over CHN because they know it's superior?
