The offer while on the light side is not a world away from commercial reality. TDO trading around 7-8c at the time of offer while DLS slighty above 2c. A frank and reasoned discussion with DLS would have and will not do any harm for TDO shareholders. Many of which have put more cash into the company than the CEO.
