Gee another week without a China rail signature. Many seem super confident this gets done which surprises me given the history of this company. You’d think leading up to such a large price sensitive ann the SP would run a little. Instead, SP retracts again. Shows the lack of faith the market has in Cokal delivering. I’ll definitely be dumping a portion post ann and investing in companies that meet deadlines. Mining will now probably be delayed until 2022 all IMO. -RJ.Charts
