Brenden, not in the rules but that's what they have been doing. Without exception, when there is a off-market T/O, there is always a daily update of acceptances as the number grows.
You have absolutely no information to be able to claim with certainty that they have already got over 50.1%. If they had already reached that level the ann would be out like a rocket, no doubt about that. It is very obvious, due to the lack of an update on the number of acceptances that they have stalled.
The question now is will they get 50.1% before May 28. Until we get an update you are just guessing (wishful thinking).
I own a lot of MAK stock and have been buying BON with the view to accept and help them get over the line. But the big risk I'm taking is that they won't get 50.1% and I'll be stuck with BON shares worth 4c or less.
I have no desire to down ramp MAK. I just want facts and certainty.
