So you don't think shareholder confidence would be a lot higher because they have a tangible MOU/JV? That's just ignorant - you're picking the facts that you want and leaving out the facts that matter. You cant really compare two companies that are at completely different stages. MLS needs a financial partner or its going to get no where fast. I have faith in this project but I'm just discussing the facts.
