The attitude of the staff at Perth Telstra Licensee shops were absolutely disgusting so much so that I moved my mobiles, home phone and Internet to another service provider. Until Telstra resolves the issues with their call centers and their stores, I wont have a bar of Telstra ever again even though I'm still a holder.....
