A PFSurvey through the eye's of a novice !

It is quiet so :- Just some fun whilst waiting for the elusive assays..

Then I may update and send to the CEO may save 'em heaps in costs on their PFS study YEAH ,,, nah ! Yep too much time on my hands - Love calculations ..etc etc - Mad also ?

The chart figures cannot be guaranteed and it is all assumption (the old ass u me ) - and if if if if etc etc etc syndrome ?

Explanation:- on all charts -74% recovery of silver --in most cases each line represents 10 years

A- Number of Ozs
B- at 74% recovery
C- at the silver value
D- represents the gross income of the mine over the 10 years
E- is the % that may cost to run the mine over the 10 years
F- is the cost to run the mine over the 10 years at the % shown in E
G- is the Net return for the 10 years (for the life of the mine) (gross income D less costs F)
H- self explanatory
I - is the Annual return after costs but not Tax Depreciation Amortisation
J- is the amount net return per 1 share each year over the 10 years based on current MC
K- Is current MC based on $0.09c per share
L- Is how much you would get -in total over the 10 years based on 100,000 shares

So all being equal no cap gains no Franking etc etc - If the mine over 10 years recovered 74% at a cost of 50% to run it you would get $4108.17 on your 100,000 shares which cost you $ 9,000 at $0.09c or 4.564% pa return

So if we get some great assays and the Ozs goes up so does the income yet the costs should be retained within in a + - range. My opinion only.
