    the new ceo appears to have 50c excise option from the commencement date of his contract. if the moora drilling results gain further share price traction, the Sp will smash 50c prior to his commencement and he could walk into a 1,250,000$ bonus. I reckon the board may have foreshadowed a demerger prior to his commencement, therefore devaluing share price in ltr and allocating shareholders shares in newly created business. if that happens, I would suspect the 50c will be more of a challenge. I'm not claiming to be an expert, so happy for for you good folk to critique my logic.
