I do not think many people realise how big this really is.
We obtained a large currently producing Plant, GOLD mine which will be substantially expanded and will receive a bucket load of cash for a share of Goulamina. We will not have to wait long before we are producing 150/200k oz. There is a SAG Mill on site so maybe we can process more than 4.5mtpa.
Growth will come from drilling our own turf. Doc said there are a lot of anomolies to be drilled. Very conservatively said there should be around half a dozen Satellites each producing between 50k and 250k, maybe more. He of course would be wanting/hoping one to hit the jackpot with 1 mill or more oz.
Cash generated by Morila production plus cash from the 'partial' sale of Goulamina will fund an acquisition with little or no debt or equity requirnments.
And for holders we will own shares in 'can't lose' Lithium mine.
