Hah, I don't think that's realistic at all. Note that the forecast EPS is lower than the dividend. That means taking on debt just to pay shareholders which is not sustainable and no well run company should ever do that.
I would believe a $0.035 dividend but even then, I think they will stick to two 1c dividends and keep the rest of earnings for future capital expenses.
To be clear, if the company can get a good return on reinvested capital then as a shareholder you will get a higher return from a lower dividend.
