I have the poster on ignore. I wonder if the formal request you refer to is a Section 59(3) notice. It wouldn't surprise me as JB is now obstructing a multi-billion dollar project. He went public with his decision and then failed to provide his formal position to NOPTA in a timely manner. I think KP has had enough and is now using the legislation to force JB to hand it over and get out of the way.
