Funny thing is I saw this 1 month clause when reading through the corporations act today and I wasn't sure why it didn't already apply to withdrawing a MAK acceptance for the new UCL offer (now I think about it this was probably why MAK extended before the final day of their original offer).
I'd agree that MAK need to be careful with any extension so that prior BON acceptances can't be withdrawn.
