This image should hopefully explain why we think FTO is such a blockbuster opportunity. This image is from a review on m6A RNA methylation and cancer [1]. The larger pink circles I added are where FTO has been shown to have an important role in cancer after the review was written. I know of no more exciting opportunity given we have a clinically ready potent inhibitor of FTO in Bisantrene.
