Btwn ebola and the liklihood of the highly contagious South African covid varient running through DRC via trade routes to the South - you can expect some people to be holding off to see what the impacts are on workforce availability, timelines, finance, SP etc. Especially with vaccine roll-out obviously going to be amongst the slowest worldwide.
