I'm sure the PLS boys and gals are always looking for other customers, Lang. Nevertheless, the world is, and has always been a risky place (just try disagreeing with your wife). Even so, in the near term at least (next 5 years), China is highly unlikely to chop off its lithium required nose to spite its inscrutable face.
