Not so sure. Obviously Apache has put Maitland in the 'too hard' basket for now. But it's still a future possibility.

Also, Corvus' proximity to Reindeer (and the fact that Santos is involved in both, and has recently signed significant take off agreements for gas from Reindeer), means (for me at least) that it's only a question of time until Corvus will be seriously considered for development.

So while not very likely at all, I don't think it would be completely unreasonable for PPP to sell its Taranaki assets to NZO (or AWE) and use the proceeds (along with existing cash pile) to refocus on Carnarvon (or elsewhere).
