if all goes well by the time it to exercise time it will be above the strike price of 3cents...and /or as the oaroc were issue to institiutions.. they may excercise them before that time, as it will be expect OAR will need further funds injections to continue, on or before that time- we don't have much in the kitty. Those options were issue at too much of a discount to OARO. being 4 cent... why would anyony buy a 4 cent option went a 3 cent one is to be had... a mistake in unfairness with our BOD, me thinks.... i would switch but they are traded to thinly. not that it is too much money but oacoa traded at .008 while oaro at .004...so not only at a discount on trading but on exercise price... although .004 is more reflect of value between the two. Can't see too much liquidity happening in OAROC (because of who holds them- and they were issued free so- they will wait for a better time in year) but of course let see what develeps in the week, with the announcement.
Sometimes there is a clause in the issue of options that say if the current share prices trades over the exercise price for some period of time- those option my be call in early to exercise- but don't know if it is with ours...
i saw this occur with another company recently where this happened.
