Yes, approx $500/ customer for aqcuisition.
I do wonder what the actual attrition rate is. Let's say hypothetically all 224000 customers eventually leave AGL for a competitor; over how many quarters (aka, how many bills will they pay between now and leaving)? And then subtract the cost of servicing those customers? I wonder what figure that lands at. I suppose I have some reading to do to figure that equation out.
