I initially invested in BPH due to the fact my research found that approval to drill Pep11 was a strong possibility. I'm now certain it will be approved, despite the white noise that comes from those who (allegedly) have an opposing view. I don't think it's a gamble at all, Pitt will approve at his earliest opportunity. Still a very sound investment in my eyes.
