Were you able to establish an approximation of how much the land is worth given the known boundaries and historic grain production output for the area? There must be numerous studies which would provide a useful guide. Management have stated 'landholders' numerous times in the announcements wrt access agreements. Are you already convinced that all the land would need to be purchased for an economic operation, without seeing the results of the air-core drilling and overlaying that with the exact geographic location?
If you've sold for the reasons you stated it seems premature to me, unless you only provided us the minimal details as justification. Im sure you're well in front if you've been holding for awhile, but you have just posted open-ended questions and not any actual research into answering them. Isn't your investment here worth it?
