What’s as plain as day to me is..... From the please explain.....
“The Company’s recently announced 7-hole drill program has been devised to:
(a) meet minimum expenditure requirements so as to ensure the tenement is held in good standing;”
Then read the drilling contractor ann. It does not mention the fact that the drilling campaign is based on “minimum expenditure” to ensure the tenement is held in good standing!
Sounds like a simple, good old fashioned pump and try to dump!
