share dilution totally depends on what’s the asset is valued at .. we might only need 1/4th of AVZ dilution to reach the same goal... also keep in mind .. Doc said he wanted to keep the link between firefinch and the new company .. so FFX could be a major holder in it and finance it somewhat.. reduced dilution and a win win for FFX holders ..
also, free shares 1 for every 8 shares plus 1or 2 options makes 100 million shares and maybe another 500 mil new shares on issue .. even at 50 cents (250 mil cash) values the company at 300 mill plus options value(to bring more cash in). @25 cents .. we will be valued at 150-200 mill market cap with (125 mil cash) ..
All this is pure speculation but which way I look at it .. this is going to fill our pockets with $$
I may increase my holdings in this.. sell my other shares and buy into this .. this with hatch into a goose laying golden eggs in the coming years ..
