This small part of an article from 'SMH' on Sunday 14 February is about Australians waiting for consumer goods because of a 14 per cent spike in overall demand at Australia's major ports of Melbourne and Botany Bay, but it shows how there's increased demand for competitors' cleaning products.

Logic suggests that if PTL has been able to maintain (or even increase) its market share in various categories, it too should be experiencing at least a similar demand uptick:

'...Port Botany reported for December a 13.9 per cent increase in “miscellaneous manufactured articles” such as furniture and bicycles, a 10.8 per cent increase in plastics and rubber including toys and household items, a 21 per cent increase in chemicals including hand sanitiser and cleaning product to deal with COVID-19, and a 14 per cent increase in textiles including clothing...'
