I don't disagree MAH is undervalued, but I think 69c is way overs.
You have to consider that fy2020 NPAT did not property include income tax of profits due to historical profits. So on a forward basis with MAH paying income tax, the current PE is around 10.5, not 8.5.
Therefore, I think the appropriate share price should be ~35c after the 2021 half year report.
