I spoke with Mr A Dixon at length about the venture into NY way back. I trusted Dixon Advisory mainly on te reputation of Mr D Dixon.
Anyway it has been a terrible experience.
I see some light coming into the tunnel. I hope it is not a train.
From what I hear family housing units are doing ok. The rental collection is 98%. The renovation is complete and all entered for sale.
