Pricing AGY, page-203

Have just read through most of this thread. I must admit I don't understand a lot of the jargon.
But now I am even more confused. My av price is17.85 so obviously I am sitting on a loss. I did my DD before I bought, the fundamentals still look good, but it is this damn 13c CR which has me a bit concerned.

So what happens next, I just cannot figure out, if soph investors paid 13c, surely they will want to push the price back up before they jump?
Looking at the buyers/sellers which are almost equal it looks like a traders stock.
Perhaps someone kind can help my poor head here.
