Immediately change your Computershare address to an Australian one if you’ve got friends or family who can receive and lodge a cheque for you.
I pledged my shares in between Christmas and new year and only received my cheque this week.
As they send it registered post it’ll take 25 business days minimum to arrive in the UK. The letter confirming my shares had gone to Shandong arrived first week of January as normal post only takes about a week but they have to send cheques registered!!!
I’ve now sent it via DHL back to Australia for a friend to pay the cheque into my Australian bank.
Such a palaver, in this day and age how they can’t pay via bank transfer is unbelievable in my opinion.
