lt really comes down to what you judge as fair value, what often happens is the market takes it much higher and retraces hard to lower point, often in oversold territory, although it will be very difficult to pick IOU due to the pending announcements of Bank/s, Gateways and new deals etc. We have deals but no partners names yet, so the query is numbers? Valuing that is , well, a speculative discussion.
