Ive seen over the last month that ecograth RGR now has finance and how this was achieved was sophisicated investors buying 90 mil of shares at 60 cents.
to raise 54mil aus.
not long before that thry had been tradiding at just under 20cents for a few months similar to us, now yhey trade at 96 cents.
just wondering is this usually how the financing works?
if the case does anyone know what we would be looking at? Price wise/ dilution wise/ time wise?
again im only asking as i have really seen to much finacing done in my short term trading. Thanks
