If you put aside the “breakthroughs”, “remarkables” and heralding new eras, the key is the statement that this all needs confirming by a randomised controlled trial with placebo which I suppose means Lu plus Nox drug vs Lu plus placebo.
In other words this ain’t coming to a regulatory agency any time soon.
The wide confidence interval for survival 9-30 months shows how imprecise the reported survival estimate is. No problems with that, just all down to being small trial. promising at best, But you don’t usually herald a new era with something like this.
