    re: hot001 pls read noticed recieved - details Doesn't mention anything about shareholder approval in the ann apart from the last tranche exercisable at 5 cents. Can a public company give away oppies to mates at a strike price of 25% of the current SP without shareholder approval? If so, the law's effing absurd.
