The rapid price drop back to 13c post CR is no doubt to benefit those that just tipped in $30m, how why I have no clue, hedging, accumulation, broker distribution, who knows but one thing I`m sure of is this is where they want it and for them this is a positive experience not a negative one...and remember they paid a heavy discounted 13c for theirs.
