it will be ok , we all have moments like this in trading , we are only human and no one can predict the future , be thankful for any gains you've made

and remember that you can make a gain again , try not to feel upset cause its only money , its not worth it

i loose and make thousands in a day , it all balances out if you be smart and dont try to rush things

i use to own iou at .03cents and i think i sold ages ago at 4cents , your worried about selling at .60cents ,

dont worry , really , i wish i brought again in the teens , or 20ties or 30ties , but i brought in the 40ties

its still a profit , im happy
