At the AZJ results CEO/CFO call with analysts today (Monday 15 February 2021), the company said in relation to coal exports (impliedly the mainland comunist China trade situation) 'the worst is behind us'.
Great to hear. I can't extrapolate to WHC as I don't know enough about individual miners' operations and sales.
That's not a message we have heard yet officially from Scomo or new Trade Minister Dan Tehan.
AZJ's result beat expectations although more due to bulk non-coal minerals haulage, not coal.
