My take on it and it's purely speculative is the SP is being managed to lower the 4 week average for when it is announced that Mitsui or KLAB have bought 5% of TLG at a discounted percentage of a 4 week weighted average. The same thing happened a while back (Aug 2020) when they did a 10M institutional raise. If you are about to drop $20M AUD on TLG you have a bit to play with to ensure you get the best weighted average. If I am correct you will see it lift in about a week and then watch out for what was said earlier the rubber band effect. This should also then be followed with the news that xxx has now bought into TLG.
