Now you're just arguing for arguing's sake. You're not impressed, we get it, but unless you're prepared to analyse the study in more detail you might as well move on.
56 men had mere months to live. They were given a new drug treatment and on average, that life expectancy has been moved out to over a year and a half. In some of them disease progression seems to have stalled completely. In those circumstances I don't think the use of the word "remarkable" is gratuitous or hyperbolic.
As for the COVID vaccine - let's call it remarkable if it is still working in 3 months. Because that is by no means certain.
