I doubt it could be called a pump and dump, some buyers have been accumulating when the price was below 5c but the volumes are really quite small, I think until today it has just been moving up again on small volumes as punters speculate on some potential announcements ahead moving the price.

8.5 million today - biggest volume I have seen in a long time. Let’s hope it is the beginning of better days for this stock....
