I have concluded the property deal in NSW with Goodman Group Industrial Fund taht I posted about last month for a property syndicate I act for.
The deal was formally concluded this week with settlement due shortly.
The sale price was a small discount to book value.
All I can say is Goodman Group are a professional outfit.
I also believe that any day now they will announce more details about the refinancing and postive news going forward.
They are being screwed by the banks but will come out of this much stronger.
The way they manage their properties and portfolio is amazingly professional. No other Trust can hold a candle to them.
