If the STOCK IS TRADING BELOW THE ISSUE PRICE OF THE SPP, NO one will take it up!
Eg.
$5,000 SPP @ 7.5c = 66,666 SHARES
Current price 6c
$5,000 @ 6c = 83,333 SHRES
You will get LESS shares if you wait for SPP at 7.5c!
WHY would anyone take up a 7.5c offer and get LESS SHARES)
Hence why I can NOT understand why the SPP will be at 7.5c
I can not see the spp price being at 7.5c
