2. One of them would be in a very potential house, such as a new great University would been setup just 10 minute walking distance from your house; Others of them would be potential too but no significant infrastructure plan in 5-10 years.
3. We are human and sometimes we just get some problems which needs big enough to pass through. When we would have this kind of problems, we would have the headaches:
3.1> No sale, no future, and at last we could lose all
3.2> Sale but how?
3.2.1> Sell as many house as you have to
3.2.2> Sell the houses which had less potential and you could get some cash to update the most potential house for better income or build some most economic and potential new building with some revolutionary stuff inside if you could.
4. PRR has the problems since the credit crisis and it needs the money very much.
4.1> It has tried its best
4.2> It has avoid the risks to close the door
4.3> How significant the unsold house, CVav to you?
4.4> How much would be the other houses, no-core assets of PRR?
5. You need to get the answers for these two questions.
6. I have the faith on CVav even anything could happen since we could not control.
