Short term- Vic coming out of latest lockdown.
Mid term- vaccines rolling out across this wide brown land.
Long term- the rest of the world coming out of covid and coming to Girtbysea as students, workers, visitors and migrants.
Then the MGR portfolio will look really attractive- including premium and A grade office space.
Holding to then.
