Finally the penny has dropped that Novatti not only provides the infrastracture for BNPL and various other sectors, it takes equity stakes and double dips on the transactional revenue. It was one of the main drivers for acquiring Emersion. It wanted to take processing fees from its clients, as well as building a much larger business with a significantly higher ARR which in turn would attract a higher multiple.
What is the price once the ADI banking licence drops?!
