The obvious is John Dunlop and his envolvement.....Just read between the lines ,,,,,,,,Assets will be valued.....Great for Alliance shareholders.....They should own the major shareholding of the new entity............
DRUMMOND GOLD has more money in the bank than their market cap...........they were 17.5 cents not long ago ............like most juniors share price has been savaged.

John Dunlop / Ian Gandel....are setting this up with wealth for ALLIANCE shareholders..

GANDEL seems to continue to try and avoid the position of being the prime mover in all negotiations.

This could be a winner for Alliance ..probably their way of disposing the Maldon asset and keeping it in the family.....
