Yes, I too have been informed through the authenticated grape vine that the solubility issue is purely related to the specific test methods being employed at Leiden and is not related to the formulation and efficacy of the MPL used / proposed in trials.

I then assume only time will tell regarding solving that challenge once they are able to progress the trials - dang Covid and supply chain!. Given the anticipation from the company’s previous announcement, one would believe it has either been solved or was well on the way to being resolved.

I think this, for me, puts to bed the concern that the formulation needed further tweaking before the main game kicked off for use in the viral trials. One less (incorrectly assumed by me) potential roadblock.
